Tasting Notes
On the eye it has a beautiful Ruby red colour with Garnet reflections. The first nose aromas are ripe fruits, pickled cherries, Plum, BlackBerry and then close with hints of sweet licorice, leather and Earth. Light tannins In the mouth perfectly supported by a precious mineral. A structured wine but balanced, it combines with well-seasoned dishes and red meat and game.

Pairing: risotto with mushrooms, truffle dishes.
