PERUS WINES

PerUs was established by a group of people passionate in their belief that life is to be measured not by our possessions, but rather by friends, family and the memories that we cherish. This philosophy defines who we are as a company and inspires us to share our vision through our wines.

What We Do

PerUs wine allocation is by invite only, extended to those who share with us the desire for an impassioned and inspired life, enriched by vibrant experiences and, of course, good wine.

How We Do It

PerUs invites those who share our passions and aspirations to join us in creating a community grounded in excellence, diversity and authenticity. PerUs connects people who care about wine, but equally aspire to live fully and well. We look forward to welcoming you to PerUs.

Why We Do It

A convergence of people, events and wine, PerUs was conceived to create a legacy of excellence, a multi-generational entity that embraces the highest standards of business and fundamental human ideals. Our founding members are a group of successful entrepreneurs and gifted professionals who have joined forces to create, develop and evolve PerUs for future generations.

Tench Vineyard

Sharing a fence line with the legendary Screaming Eagle vineyard, Tench is equally blessed with the climate, exposure and rock soils that have placed the Oakville appellation among the great wine growing regions of the world. Planted to cabernet clones 4 and 7, the nutrient-depleted soil preserves the purity of the fruit character, yielding wines with an extraordinary cherry flavor and round, mouth-filling texture. Tertiary flavors include raspberry, tobacco and a hint of roasted herb.back to top

Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard

Planted with Cabernet Franc and Merlot vines, our Sugarloaf Mountain vineyard captures and holds the sun and heat of the day, allowing the fruit to develop throughout the evening to yield a profound intensity of flavor. Given the rocky, upland terrain of the site and a climate tempered by cool winds and traces of fog, our Sugarloaf Mountain vineyard permits a longer “hang time,” giving the wine a rounded, supple texture.back to top

Edcora Vineyard

Our Edcora vineyard lies 1,200 feet above the valley, producing a true mountain wine noted for the concentration of pure fruit flavor. The sun-drenched site, on the slopes of Atlas Peak, is planted with 337 cabernet clones, “noble vines” that thrive in the red rock soil and long sunlit hours. Edcora produces a wine with seductive aromas and intense flavors of ripe cherry and plum.
